Wow. Bella Howard did a fantastic job shooting the promotional photos for the Topshop NYC opening. BTW - amazing store. I know these are somewhat late because of the April 2 opening, but I just stumbled upon them yesterday. To my US bloggers, has anyone else been in the NYC store? uhm, does anyone want to crash the next chanel show with me? props to my amiga cristinacouture (she has a fantastic blog btw) for finding this! no, this look wasn't seen on the runway during the chanel fall/winter 09 shows. it was just the goody bag. uhhuhh, the goody bag.
its contents? one pair of chanel aviators, a chanel engraved iPod classic, chanel number 5, mascara, blush, lipgloss, and a limited edish quilted pink handbag. and apparently, some people left their goody bags at the show. the fools! but seriously, how fantastic is this. for anyone who got one - i'm available! until then, i got a large bowl of b&j's phish food calling my name.DB :)

omfg, finally! i've honestly been waiting for kate moss' SS09 topshop collection for months now ... and the time has come! moss rang in her highly anticipated new collection, which debuted april 2nd, by opening the first topshop flagship store in the US in NYC (fwi - amazing shop. huuuuuge storefront + thousands of pieces of clothing). most importantly, the clothes are absolutely amazing! she paired up with the world famous liberty of london to help create some of her gorgeous signature prints. seriously, this girl should consider a line of her own, everything is just fantastic. funny story - i was originally going to stay up until 2AM in order to get my favourite clothes before any were sold out, but i fell asleep at around 1. damnit. and of course, when i went to order during religion class in the morning at around 8, most of the good stuff was gone. somehow, they had a lot of stuff in my size though! so far, i was able to order a couple of tanks and a sundress, but i really want the 'jewel ring jacket.' (sorry, URL is
not working today!) actually, i would buy the whole collection if i could, but i don't have a job. boo. in about two weeks i'll have my precious clothes, my friend in westminster is bringing them out for me when she visits. and to be quite honest, i'm not sure i can wait that long! but anyway, what do you all think of moss' new collection? hit or miss?!xx.
